       Welcome to Religion

"Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not discourage, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go"
                                      Joshua 1:9

During the course of this year, students will be using their We Believe textbook. Some of the lessons they will be learning out of the textbook are, God's Revelation, God Promises to Help People, The Liturgical year, ordinary time,  Advent, Christmas, Lent, Triduum, Easter, & God Fulfills His Promises.
The students will be using a book called Venture. The Venture book will be given out every Friday. In this book there are passages and activities. For each passage, I will have students take out their bibles and read the bible verse that goes with the passages. This will help students understand how to read the bible better.

The charity they are donating money for is Alex's Lemonade Stand. Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF) is a national childhood cancer foundation dedicated to raising funds for research into new treatments and cures for all children battling cancer.
